Accommodation agreement

– Creation and maintenance of a professional website with an integrated booking system
– Production of high-quality photos and videos (by phone) for each room and the hotel – the guesthouse is allowed to publish these on social media but not on other booking services
– Initial creation of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Airbnb accounts for the Guesthouse (if doesn’t have).
– Synchronization of bookings across platforms, including Booking.com and Airbnb.
– Bx Pub will update the website content once a year if requested.
– Bx Pub will do his best to propose the best rate for currency exchange (Remitly or Swift).
– Bx Pub will pay for
1. The hosting: worth 3000 PHP per year
2. The domain: worth 1000 PHP per year
3. The booking room system: worth 6000 PHP per year
4. The booking activities system: worth 10000 PHP per year

– Only use one Facebook page, one Instagram page, one Booking.com account, etc.
– Sync the booking system with Booking.com (with the help of Bx Pub).
– Book on the website for walk-in guests (or freeze on booking.com) to avoid double booking (no fee).
– Send the social media account directly to the created website and not promote other platforms (but can still use them).
– Provide information about changes as soon as possible: contact information the day it changes and holidays at least 1 month before. The guesthouse will find solutions for the guests that would have to be canceled.
– Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours on all networks and phone.
– Never make a room cheaper on Booking.com (or other) than on the website.
– If the guesthouse rents motorbikes or other tours, it will be accessible on the website.
– Invite Bx Pub staff during the production of the media for food and lodging (usually around a week, depending on the needs)

The Guesthouse acknowledges that Bx Pub, as a professional digital communication service provider, has the sole discretion to determine the adequacy and quality of the services provided. The Guesthouse agrees not to dispute or override the professional judgment of Bx Pub regarding the services rendered.

There is no up front payment. All the services are commission based and includes card payment fees.
Two possibilities :
1) The commission is paid by the deposit.
2) If the accommodation wants the deposit to be higher than the margin, Bx Pub will keep the money on a secured bank account in Europe and pay on demand or recurring basis. Bx Pub charges 300PHP per payment and 1% more per booking. We use Revolut to process payment directly to your local bank account for no fee.
If urgent change on the website : 1000 PHP per hour of work.
Till 100 000 PHP booking per month = 15%
Till 200 000 PHP booking per month = 10%
Till 300 000 PHP booking per month = 8%
Till 500 000 PHP booking per month = 6%
Till 1 000 000 PHP booking per month = 4%
Till 3 000 000 PHP booking per month = 2%
Till 5 000 000 PHP booking per month = 1%
Example : If the total amount of booking on the website is of 4M PHP and all the payment are done per card. The commission is 120 000 PHP, if it’s paid monthly, you have to add 300 PHP only.
How can we get so cheap ?
1) Website creation, including video takes only one day.
2) The payment are processed in Europe where card processing is below 1%. Then we can process SWIFT payment for 1$.

This agreement shall commence on the date of the signature and shall continue until terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information, data, and materials provided by the other party that are not publicly available and to use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Palawan District.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
